The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very friendly and competent, the only thing that I didn’t like is the bed and the covers, they’re outdated and not comfortable.One thing that was excellent was the fold at the VIP, it is to die for!

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was perfect, great water pressure. Balcony was so nice. Location was perfect with a nice supermarket next door. Parking in the underground parkade was very easy for European parkades. Still very narrow of course! Would def stay here again.

"The staff was outstanding. We were there 2 nights and ate in the lobby area several times (breakfast x 2 and light dinner x2). The staff made sure we were well cared for during check-in, parking (!) and the rest of our stay.
The room was clean, the right size for 2 adults, and comfortable. The Rock was just outside our window…the Rock is lit by spotlights for most of the night, but that did not disturb us.
I was really greatful that the hotel provided a box of facial tissue in the bathroom. This is the first of the 5 properties we’ve stayed in Europe on this trip that did so. I got sick (common cold) last week, so it was wonderful to have tissues for blowing my nose. IYKYK."
